Man arrested after he was allegedly found with a gun at a shopping centre

A man is being questioned by police, accused of carrying a gun while in a shopping centre car park in the city’s south east.

The 29-year-old was allegedly found with the firearm in the carpark of Oakleigh Centre just after 3.30pm on Monday.

He was arrested without incident.
