A major Myki outage saw a stack of commuters score a free trip home on Thursday.

Commuters were unable to touch on, or touch off, with the gates flung open.

“A worker I was talking to said they had no idea why it’s happened,” 3AW Drive Producer Breanna Edebohls told Tom Elliott.
