Major General David McLachlan reflects on his life, career and leadership
Major General David McLachlan started his army career at the Officer Cadet School in Portseain 1959.
He went on to serve in Vietnam and Malaysia before leading the RSL for 14 years.
At 79-years-old he has decided to step down from the top job.
He sat down with Neil Mitchell to reflect on his incredible life and career.
