‘Lost his work rate’: Matthew Lloyd’s big concern for Clayton Oliver
Matthew Lloyd says he’s worried about the way Clayton Oliver is playing at the moment, saying he’s being too easily beaten by opponents at the moment.
North Melbourne opted to send Will Phillips to Oliver in Saturday night’s game, restricting him to a season-low 14 disposals.
Lloyd said Oliver’s long contract could prove to be an issue for the Demons moving, as the 26-year-old seeks to recapture his best form after an interrupted pre-season.

“He’s lost his work rate,” Lloyd said on Wide World of Sports.
“It’s a worry for Melbourne – they’re stuck with a long-term deal for a guy who has lost his competitive nature.”
