Lloyd Meek lifts lid on his form improvement (and how Sam Mitchell convinced him to come to Hawthorn!)

Hawthorn ruckman Lloyd Meek has spoken on his improvement from last year, going from battling with Ned Reeves for the number one ruck spot at the club, to consistently playing in the senior side.

Meek came across from Fremantle at the end of the 2022 season and shed light on the meeting he had with Sam Mitchell which led to him coming across to the Hawks.

“More than just footy!” Meek said.
