‘Living in fear’: Family targeted by hammer-wielding man smashing car windows

A family in Wheelers Hill has been targeted by a hammer-wielding man, who has allegedly smashed the windows of two family cars on multiple occasions.

The latest of the incidents came on the morning of Melbourne Cup day.

“We just want to catch this man, we’re very much living in fear,” Stef, the victim of the these incidents, told Neil Mitchell.
