Large gym fire breaks out in Melbourne’s inner south-east

A large gym fire has broken out in Caulfield North this morning.

Caller Jonathan alerted Ross and Russel to the fire earlier this morning, and claimed 40 to 50 firefighters were involved.

Firefighters acted quickly to safely evacuate 31 people from a nearby residential property and a restaurant.

The scene has since been declared under control.
