Knox Football Club implements measures after investigation finds the players responsible for rating female players

There’s been an update regarding the Knox Football Club incident where male players were caught degrading female players of the opposing team.

In a statement to 3AW Drive, the club revealed the players were members of the reserves team, and have implemented a comprehensive behavioural and domestic violence program.

“They’ve been stood down indefinitely pending the outcome of an independent investigation,” Jacqui Felgate said.

Jacqui Felgate was then joined by Den, who plays in the Eastern Football Netball League, and said it’s been a “pretty upsetting” week.

“We haven’t really heard anything from the league on this issue,” she said.
