Justin Trudeau mourns Queen with ‘extraordinary’ touching tribute

Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has paid touching tribute to Queen Elizabeth II, in a speech Neil Mitchell has described as “quite extraordinary”.

“I think these are some of the best words I’ve heard spoken since news of the Queen’s death came through,” the 3AW Mornings host said.
