Jordan Dawson explains why he wanted to join the Crows

Adelaide recruit Jordan Dawson admits there he had a few nervous while waiting to be traded from Sydney to the Crows.

He explained why he wanted to join the club on Sportsday.

“Growing up I was a Crows fan and loved Mark Ricciuto, Andrew McLeod, Tyson Edwards and those guys,” Dawson said on 3AW.

“I think just the fit that Nicksy and the coaches put towards me and the role they see me playing with the group was really enticing.

“I think I can add a lot to the group.”

He spoke with Sam McClure and Jimmy Bartel on Thursday.
