Shocking new evidence reveals younger job seekers are refusing to attend in-person interviews, selecting to do it remotely instead.
Managing director of U&U Recruitment Partners, Craig Sneesby told Tom Elliott on 3AW Mornings that “there is a definite loss in some of the soft skills in the workforce at the moment”.
Mr Sneesby added “if you show up for an interview there is a big competitive advantage”.
