Jesus statue outside Ringwood North home, owner speaks with Ross and John

The owner of a Jesus statue weighing roughly 200 kilograms says she’s struggling to get rid of the unwanted sculpture.

Holy, Holy, Holy alerted 3AW Breakfast’s Rumour File to the statue on Tuesday, which is on the front lawn of a Ringwood North home.

So Ross and John decided to track down the owner.

Anika Parr said she moved into the house around three months ago and the statue basically came with the place.

But she’s struggling to get rid of it.

‘About three guys tried to carry him out and couldn’t,’ she explained.

‘We needed a four-wheel-drive to tow him out.’
