Jeff Kennett slams ‘headless’ Allan government following major projects cost blowout

Former Premier Jeff Kennett has labelled the Allan government “headless” after a “bizarre” statement made by public transport minister Gabrielle Williams.
The cost of the state’s major projects is almost $12 billion over budget, according to a recently-released government report.
After Ms Williams called the document “out of date” and “selective”, Mr Kennett told Jacqui Felgate that he had lost complete faith in the government.

“What we have currently is a headless government,” he said on 3AW Drive.
