Jai Newcombe gives a wholesome reflection of his consistent form in the AFL

Hawthorn midfielder Jai Newcombe has given a wholesome reflection on his rise to become a consistent performer for the Hawks in the AFL.

Newcombe won the AFL Coaches Association Best Young Player Award last year and has become a mainstay in the Hawks engine room.

“If I was to sit back two years ago when I first got to the club and say that I’d be playing like I was this year, I think I’d probably laugh at myself,” Newcombe told 3AW Football.
