CEO of the Victorian Employers’ Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Paul Guerra, thinks the Melbourne Star in the Docklands either needs to be spun, moved or taken down altogether.

It comes after the current Melbourne lord mayor, Nicholas Reece, called for action on the observation wheel which has been shut for close to three years.
