‘It’s bad news’: Tom Elliott’s grim prediction on property prices in Australia

Tom Elliott has outlined several reasons why he thinks property prices are set to go up across the country this year.

The 3AW Mornings host stated it’s “bad news” if you’re a first home buyer yet to get into the housing market.

“I’ve never seen so many things come together at the same time, which will make property prices go up,” he said to start his 3AW Mornings program.
