‘It was amazing’: Hot air balloon flips onto its side in Pascoe Vale

A caller to 3AW Mornings has witnessed two hot air balloons land at Raeburn Reserve in Pascoe Vale this morning, with one flipping onto its side with people in it.

Caller Carmel told Tom Elliott “it was amazing”.
