‘Is this the end?’: Rod Stewart takes to social media to make important career announcement

British music icon Rod Stewart has taken to social media today to make an important announcement on the future of his career.

And entertainment reporter Peter Ford has questioned whether fans have seen the end of Stewart performing in Australia.

“A lot of people have been saying is this the end for Rod Stewart?” Ford said on 3AW Breakfast.

The 79-year-old has tour dates for 2025 as part of his ‘One Last Time’ tour, which Ford thinks is a giveaway for the future of his world tours.

“He wants to play smaller venues, but certainly not retiring,” he said.
