Intense fire rips through St Albans house

Ten people have escaped a house fire at St Albans.

The blaze broke out just before 5pm on Monday.

There were four adults and six children at the home at the time.

A six-year-old girl is believed to have raised the alarm.

A man in his 30s and a woman in her 30s have been taken to Footscray hospital.

They’re both in stable conditions.
