‘Inexcusable’: Sam McClure slams Melbourne president Kate Roffey after train wreck interview

Sam McClure has slammed Melbourne president Kate Roffey after she said in an interview with SEN’s Gerard Whateley that she hasn’t spoken directly to Christian Petracca since his life-threatening injury.

The Wide World of Sports host said the comments were “inexplicable, inexcusable and unacceptable” and has called for change amongst the club’s senior leadership.

“It felt like Kate Roffey’s Joe Biden moment,” he said.
