‘I wonder’: Mark Allen’s recent visit to Portsea piques his interest on the Rumour File!

On the weekend, Mark Allen went to an open inspection down in Portsea, with the owners of the house hoping for $20 million.

But the 3AW host stated a high-end real estate agent has gone on record, claiming the house could sell for 10 to 20 per cent more than hoped for if the iconic Portsea beach was still there.

And Allen has been sent footage of a big wave which could be a big reason why the iconic beach has suffered erosion problems, and wonders if the owners do have recourse!
