‘I just don’t get it’: David Schwarz takes issue with the AFL’s constant rule changing

Former Melbourne player David Schwarz has taken issue with the AFL’s constant rule changing as well as the interpretation of the rules being adjusted mid-season.

It comes after the league came out yesterday to clarify the holding the ball rule, amid confusion from players, coaches and fans on how the rule is being officiated.

“I don’t think there’s any other sport on the planet that changes their rules more than what we do,” Schwarz told Tom Elliott.
