Former Premier of Victoria, Ted Baillieu, had some strong words on the state of Melbourne on 3AW Drive this afternoon.

It comes after The Baillieu Library at the University of Melbourne’s Parkville campus was vandalised overnight with red paint sprayed all over it.

The former Premier told Jacqui Felgate there are parts of Melbourne where the “quality of life has deteriorated”, and the same can be said about institutions after another act of vandalism.
