Husband of missing woman Karen Ristevski breaks silence

The husband of missing Avondale Heights mum Karen Ristevski has broken his silence.

47-year-old Karen Ristevski hasn’t been seen since late June.

Police having previously searched an area around the Maribyrnong River as well as parkland behind the family home.

Her disappearance is being treated as suspicious.

It was thought she left her Avondale Heights home following a discussion with her husband Borce about the financial situation of her business Bella Blue Boutique.

The Herald Sun says Borce wants everyone to understand that his wife Karen hasn’t done a runner on the basis of  their finances.

He’s dismissed claims by his son, confessed ice user Anthony Rickard, that he planned to leave his wife.

Borce says he is not going to speculate on what has happened to her.
