Man charged over alleged hit-run at Coburg

A man has been charged over an alleged hit-run at Coburg on Saturday.

It came after dramatic footage of the incident was released.

The pedestrian was allegedly struck while trying to stop a driver doing burnouts following a car meet.

A man handed himself into police over the incident.
