The mystery man stole the 2014 three-wheeled Piaggio motorcycle from a Fitzroy Street undercover car park in St Kilda on February 18.
He was seen entering the car part with a bowl noodles about 7pm.

A short-time after sauntering through the car park, the alleged thief was seen riding from the premises on the stolen red, black and silver Piaggio shortly afterwards.
