3AW’s annual Good Friday Appeal fundraiser is back and in 2024, Jacqui Felgate is taking the Drive show up to the Melbourne Skydeck to launch the ‘Climb For the Kids’.

Jacqui Felgate will be LIVE from the top of the Melbourne SkyDeck from 3pm on March 1, with plenty of special guests to be involved.

HOW TO DONATE

CLICK HERE to make a donation to this very special cause and make sure you tune in 3AW Drive’s ‘Climb For The Kids’ on March 1.

Thanks to the generous support of 3AW’s Climb for the Kids participants, this year funds raised from 3AW’s Climb for the Kids will will help fund a new ultrasound machine to support the insertion of peripheral intravenous catheters (PIVCs) at The Royal Children’s Hospital.

Also known as a cannula or drip, PIVCs are used to deliver life saving medications and fluids to patients and this machine will improve expertise, reduce complications, enhance staff education, and create a patient-centred approach to inserting PIVCs to improve the experience for children and families requiring complex vascular access at the RCH.

The Appeal relies on the support of the community to raise funds to ensure The Royal Children’s Hospital is able to continue to provide world class care to patients and their families.
