How to address Australia’s ‘extremely serious’ food supply chain issues

The pressure is tightening on Australia’s food supply chain, with worker shortages still causing chaos.

It’s led to some food producers to not even bother sowing crops, because they can’t employ anybody to help pick the end product.

There still aren’t enough truck drivers and people wanting to work in factories and abattoirs.

“It’s extremely serious,” Ben Rodgers from the National Farmers Federation said on 3AW Drive.
