How the ‘Don Bradman of hot dog eating’ went in ‘wild’ American competition

Australian James Webb has competed in Nathan’s Hot Dog Eating Contest in Coney Island, New York overnight, and has been dubbed the “Don Bradman of hot dog eating” by American commentators.
The contest has been running since the 1970’s with Nine US Correspondent Lauren Tomasi stating it’s “quite a spectacle”.
“It’s the wildest competition but it’s just so American,” she told Jimmy Bartel and Mark Allen, filling in for Ross and Russel.

American hot dog eating legend Joey Chestnut ended up winning his 16th “Mustard Belt”, eating a whopping 62 hot dogs in 10 minutes!
