How dog tags will reunite pet owners with their lost pets sooner

A new company is giving pet owners a dog tag with a QR code when they create an online profile called a “pawsport.”

Co-founder of Fetch’d, Sam Chamberlain, says the “pawsport” will include the pet’s likes and dislikes and the owner’s information.

“That [QR code] acts as a conduit between people who scans your dogs collar and the owner, basically, if your dog is lost, the relevant details of your pet will come up,” he told Tony Jones.
