How cycling legend Anna Meares is helping Olympic athletes heading to Paris in 2024

Australian Chef de Mission for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games and cycling legend, Anna Meares, has spoken on her role for next year’s Olympics and how she is helping the athletes prepare for the big event.

Meares is the only Australian athlete to have won individual medals at four consecutive Olympic Games, and is using those experiences to inspire the current generation.

She also shed light on the rivalry she had with British cyclist Victoria Pendleton, and the awkward situation she found herself in at the airport in London for the 2012 Olympic Games!
