How Craig McRae has inspired Josh Daicos and the Collingwood team

Collingwood midfielder Josh Daicos has spoken on how much Magpies head coach Craig McRae inspires himself and the team, especially ahead of a blockbuster matchup against Essendon on Anzac Day.

Daicos said the team is heading to the Shrine of Remembrance tomorrow for the first time since his first year in the league and hopes McRae will inspire the group in the lead up to the big match.

“He’s always a great historian and I’m sure he’ll fill us with a lot of knowledge and inspire us to play our best football,” Daicos said on his head coach.
