Hoons strike again: Five council reserves shredded by mindless vandals

Hoons have caused extensive damage to five council reserves in the City of Hume, further fuelling concerns about an increase in dangerous driving during the COVID-19 pandemic.

City of Hume Mayor Carly Moore told Neil Mitchell it was going to cost tens of thousands of dollars – “if not more” – to repair the facilities.

“It’s disgusting,” she said.
