Heritage number plate expected to fetch eye-watering amount

A heritage black and white number 52 number plate is set to go for an eye-watering amount at auction later this month.

The plate has been under the same ownership since 1984, and is still a valid plate according to National Auctions Manager at Shannons Auctions, Christophe Boribon.

“It’s fair to say the people buying these plates don’t need to mortgage anything,” Mr Boribon told Ross and Russel.
