Heidi Murphy reacts to Commonwealth Bank’s $3 withdrawal fee backflip

The Commonwealth Bank has held off on its plan to introduce a $3 fee for customers who withdraw cash at their branches and post offices.

3AW Drive host Heidi Murphy had her say on the proposed $3 withdrawal fee from the CBA, labelling it “rubbish”.

“The bank making a nine and a half billion profit, wants to ping customers for the great crime of wanting to access their own cash,” Murphy said on 3AW Drive.

“It’s not a change of heart about the change, they are giving themselves an extra six months to convince everybody that everything is completely fine.”
