Update: Missing teen found safe and well

A teenager who went missing from hospital has been found safe and well.

Fifteen-year-old Maja walked out of the Monash Children’s Hospital in Clayton, prompting police to issue a plea for help and her mum to call 3AW’s Neil Mitchell.

She was found safe and well on Thursday afternoon.
