Grass fire breaks out in Melbourne’s north-west

Emergency crews are at the scene of a grass fire in Taylors Lakes.

Firefighters were called to Rowell Place after 11.30am, with the blaze brought under control within an hour.

An advice message is in place for those in Taylors Lakes and Sydenham warning of smoke in the area.
