Giuseppe Lavazza teaches Ross and John all about coffee
There’s an old adage that one should never have a cappuccino after 11am.
Giuseppe Lavazza, vice-president of the famous coffee company of the same name, confirmed to 3AW Breakfast that Italians generally abide by it.
But he told Ross and John it’s not a hard-and-fast rule.
‘Coffee is democracy – freedom for everybody!’ he said.
Mr Lavazza said instant coffee is common in places where tea is popular, such as Australia.
As such, Lavazza coffee has developed a ‘bridge’ between instant coffee and what Giuseppe calls the ‘full Italian coffee experience’.
