Girl prodigy Bella beats the boys to Warragul and Districts footy best and fairest

Rumour confirmed: Longwarry youngster Bella Brown had a big Friday night.

First she out-did the boys to win the Warragul and Districts Under-12 league best and fairest.

Then she named the league’s best and fairest player during the interleague.

But what came next really thrilled Bella.

‘I won the raffle,’ she told 3AW.

‘Yep, that was pretty exciting.’

While the TV and $100 Bunnings voucher might have been Bella’s highlight, it was her on-field achievements that really amazed Ross and John and her mother, Maryanne.?
