Georgie Purcell’s ‘absolutely furious’ reaction to the Allan government’s duck hunting decision

Animal Justice Party MP Georgie Purcell says she is “absolutely furious” at the decision by the Allan government to give the green light to another duck hunting season in Victoria.

Instead of outlawing the practice, it’s understood the government will consider changes including stronger penalties for hunters, tighter controls and mandatory training.

Ms Purcell told Ross and Russel the decision by the state government is “gutless”.
