Collingwood has demolished Essendon, winning by 49 points in front of 91,440 at the MCG.
Adam Treloar (34 disposals, two goals) won the Anzac Medal.
Star ruckman Brodie Grundy told 3AW Football it was an honour to represent the club on Anzac Day.
He said the young players in the team, like Jaidyn Stephenson and Callum Brown, are earning their spots.

Essendon captain Dyson Heppell told 3AW he didn’t notice any issues with Brendon Goddard’s behaviour.
“We know what he’s like, he’s a passionate man,” Heppell said in the rooms.
“He’s one of the best communicators on the footy field.”

Collingwood lead by 17 points at the main break.
In worse news for the Bombers, Josh Begley (knee) is done for the day, and Josh Green also shows no sign of returning to the field.
Matthew Lloyd said the Pies have been much more direct.
“They run and carry. It’s forward ball-movement,” Lloydy said.
“With Essendon, there’s no flow.”
