Frustrated shoppers are calling for ‘boomer hours’ in supermarkets to stop older shoppers holding up other customers at busy times.
An online poll called for over-50s to be “more mindful” at the supermarket.
Retail expert Barry Urquhart said he found the poll “insensitive”, and introducing such measures wouldn’t be practical for businesses.
