Frustrated residents erect ‘memorial’ for stolen plants

The theft of plants has become such a problem at Pipemaker’s Park in Maribyrnong that someone has erected a tribute.

Seventeen white crosses have been ‘planted’ with the word ‘stolen’, along with the plant type that was taken.
