Fresh report paints ‘frightening’ picture for health care in Australia

A soaring number of Australians are avoiding the doctor because of how much it costs, they’re also less satisfied with police and have a slimmer chance of having their Triple Zero call answered.

The latest Productivity Commission Report has painted a grim picture of emergency services

Professor Steve Robson, federal president of the Australian Medical Association, said it was an issue all over Australia, but “particularly” in Victoria.
