Freight train derails just out of Geelong

A freight train has derailed west of Geelong.

More than a dozen shipping containers have come off the rails at Inverleigh.

“It looks like a little kid has got their toy set and thrown all the carriages around, so it will certainly take some time to clean up,” SES chief officer Tim Wiebusch told Neil Mitchell.
