Frankston local left frustrated by local council over ‘unregistered’ dog debacle
Frankston local Natasha has been left frustrated by Frankston City Council, after the council fined her $385 for an “unregistered” dog on her property, although it belonged to her parents.
Natasha’s parents live in Cowes in Phillip Island, but come up fortnightly to Frankston with their dog, as her father requires chemotherapy.
Heidi Murphy believes the council are being “bloody minded” about the whole situation.
