Former pilot on what Qantas could do to improve customer service
Questions have been raised about how Qantas could improve their customer service as it’s been revealed only one board member flew international economy in the last 12 months.
Former A380 captain and author, James Nixon, says he’s seen executives from a different airline go through the plane, speaking to passengers.
“The problem with this board at Qantas and most of them beforehand for a long-time, is they haven’t had a pilot on the board,” he told Tony Moclair.
