Former IBAC head says Premier’s Neil Mitchell ban is ‘scandalous’
The former head of Victoria’s corruption watchdog says the Premier’s refusal to speak on Neil Mitchell’s radio program is “scandalous”.
Daniel Andrews has not appeared on 3AW Mornings in more than six years, and no state government minister has spoken on the show in more than a year. It’s also been more than 10 months since the Premier last spoke to Virginia Trioli’s ABC radio program.
“I doubt that there’s anything you’ve done that would justify that sort of embargo,” former Independent Broad-based Anti-corruption Commission head Robert Redlich told Neil Mitchell.
