Calls for Victoria to follow Labor’s promised toll road review in NSW

Labor has promised to cap tolls and implement a review, should it win the NSW election next month.

Neil Mitchell says something similar should happen in Victoria.

Professor Allan Fels is former chair of the ACCC and will be in charge of the proposed review.
