A teenager who was robbed in Springvale last week has spoken out, saying he’s thankful to those who helped scare off his attackers.

The robbery occurred late on December 22, where three bandits were captured kicking the 19-year-old, before stealing his phone.

Dylan told Nick McCallum said he was left stunned following the attack.

“No one would think on a break at work you’d be attacked (like this),” he told 3AW Drive.

“They ended up threatening me with a (knife) and asked me for my passcode to my phone.”

He added that his attackers were “cowards”, saying he hoped they sought help to “become better people”.
